USDT blacklist monitor
Tether can add any TRON or Ethereum address to the USDT blacklist through a multisig contract, which blocks transfers from that address and allows its balance to be destroyed. XAudit records each of those events on both networks as it is confirmed on chain, together with the multisig proposals behind them.
